Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows for a leisurely check-in which includes a Health History Information/Consent form and time for changing your clothes. We ask that you please silence cell phones upon arrival and present any gift certificates or promotional coupons upon check-in. If late for your appointment we may shorten your treatment time so that we can be on schedule for the next guest.
Cancellations, Rescheduled or Forgotten Appointments
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. We graciously request that you please allow 24 hours notice for all cancellations or the rescheduling of appointments. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to do so the credit card used to guarantee your appointment will be charged 100% of the service reserved for you.
No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged full price for their “missed”appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made. . Arriving late Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Sexual misconduct is forbidden. Client understands that ANY illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
We gladly accept cash, MasterCard, Visa & Discover as well as travelers checks and local personal checks.
Gift Certificates are the perfect gift for all occasions! They are available for all services, product or specific dollar value. They may not be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual. They are good for the value of services at the time of purchase, not when redeemed. Should they become lost or stolen we regret that we cannot replace them. ,
In appreciation, gratuities may be given at your discretion. All gratuities are appreciated. A customary gratuity for services is between 15-20% of your total for each service. For your convenience gratuities are provided to spa staff through a 20% service charge, based off of the full treatment price, which is automatically added to your treatment total for all Group, Package, Special Event and Parties.
Product Guarantee and Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with any products purchased at our spa. If you are not fully satisfied with a product you may return the unused portion within 30 days along with your receipt and receive spa credit. This does not apply to special order items.
