Feel like you're at the beach with a floor of  Himalayan salt to walk on. Then, find a comfortable lounge chair to relax in. Soon, the air in the room is filled with tiny particles of dry micronized salt, recreating a natural salt cave. Either enjoy the silence, or listen to soothing music of your choice(rainforest, waves, or rain). As you relax, the healing effects of salt will begin.

Plan your visit

  • First visit: Please arrive 15 minutes early, allowing time for the Health Consent form and to change your socks/shoes.
  • ​​Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a pair of clean socks to wear in the Salt Room.
  • Due to the special salt air, no one should leave the room. So please use the restroom before a session begins.
  • Please respect other guests’ right to serenity & privacy. Keep talking minimal, and leave mobile devices in your locker.
  • Absolutely no food or liquid of any kind is allowed inside the salt room​
  • Please leave valuables at home as we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Salt Therapy is not recommended for active smokers.
